Hajduk Split has passed the third qualifying round of the Conference League against the Lithuanian Žalgiris Vilnius. After Hajduk won 5:2 in the first match in Lithuania, they won 4:0 in the home return match and thus confirmed their passage to the play-off. There they await the Polish Rakow. The first match will be played on Thursday, August 20th on Poljud, and the return match will be a week later in Czestochowa.
UEFA has heavily fined Rakow with 68,000 euros and partially closed the stands (sectors B1 to B7) for their next home European match due to the use of pyrotechnics (60,000 euros) and blocking the passage of fans (8,000 euros) in their home match against Hammarby.
